for my 2nd grader

We have learned that my student didn't make it.  We continue to hold her family and friends in prayer as we mourn her loss and remember the ray of sunshine she has been in our lives.

For one of my students. 
She just finished 2nd grade 
and because of a sudden accident is on life support.
We, 
the family, staff, and school community
wait and hope and pray
as her life hangs in the balance.


worry is like a rocking chair -
gives you something to do
but won't get you anywhere.
so for now I will sit and rock and pray
that God will give you just one more day.
but really, I hope, that God gives you much more
as your life, little one, has so much left in store.
so keep hanging on, and we all will too
as we wait by your side - know that we all love you.
