Moving on

Moving on...letting go...it's difficult.

I wonder, though,
perhaps one never truly moves on, but instead should focus on moving forward.
Sort of like what I've heard in the past:
you never quite forgive and forget that something ever happened.
Rather, forgive and remember, but don't let that memory get in the way.
