LPaD 31: temper

I won't lie: I do have a temper sometimes.

occasionally my temper acts like a thermometer
speeding from room temp to safety-regulation hot
other times slowly inching its way up
and always needing to cool down.

as my "chill out" reminder,
I often use Psalm 46:10.
be still and know that I AM God.

now all this hot temperature talk makes me want to have ice cream...
