LPaD 45: far

When I saw this day's word, I must have had "The Sound of Music" on the brain again, because I thought of "Do Re Mi" and the "fa - a long long way to run" part.
This picture is of far, far away in Salzburg, Austria, when I visited in May 2010 on tour with the Wind Ensemble.
Someday, I'll go back.
For now, it just remains
far.

Looking far into the distance reminds me of the beauty of those mountains
which reminds me of one of my favorite psalms, and one that is quoted by the Mother Abbess in "The Sound of Music"

Psalm 121:1-2
I lift mine eyes unto the hills. From whence does my help come?
My help comes from the LORD, maker of heaven and earth
