Baking is my jam.
It brings me joy.

In an effort to clear out my freezer before moving, I made strawberry rhubarb bars.
Totally worth it, but man did it dirty a lot of dishes!

Here's the delicious filling before I poured it onto the crust:

and here's the finished product in all its glory:

You can see that much of it has already been consumed :)
