Next week a friend and I are playing violin duets for eighth grade graduation at my morning school. Today we got to sight read through the new duet book I got and pick out what we'll play.
It's such a joy to play and have fun with such a talented musician. I don't get to do this sort of thing too often anymore. In fact, I haven't really played violin duets since I was taking private lessons in middle and high school. Definitely a bright spot in my day.
